Partner Visa
Partner visas allow eligible spouses and de facto partners of Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens to apply to live in Australia.
The appropriate application depends on the applicant’s location, relationship circumstances, current visa status and sponsorship arrangements.

Onshore Partner Visa — Subclasses 820 and 801
The Subclass 820 temporary and Subclass 801 permanent Partner visa applications are generally lodged together by an eligible applicant in Australia.

Offshore Partner Visa — Subclasses 309 and 100
The Subclass 309 provisional and Subclass 100 permanent Partner visa applications are generally lodged together by an eligible applicant applying from outside Australia.

Prospective Marriage Visa — Subclass 300
The Prospective Marriage visa may allow an eligible applicant to travel to Australia to marry their prospective spouse within the visa period and later apply for an onshore Partner visa.
How We Can Assist
We can review the relationship history, identify evidentiary gaps, prepare tailored document checklists, assist with applicant and sponsor applications and help organise supporting material in a clear and consistent manner.
Relationship registration or marriage alone does not automatically establish eligibility. The complete relationship and all applicable visa requirements must be considered.
